Sri Mariamman Temple
The oldest Hindu temple in Singapore.
The Sri Mariamman Temple located in the Chinatown district is built in the Southeast Asian style, like that of the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple. The tower is decorated with sculptures of Gods, Goddesses and mythological beasts in an exciting anthology. The Thimithi festival is also celebrated in the Sri Mariamman Temple, as well as many Hindu weddings.
