The origins of Singapore.
Explore the history of the different Asian cultures of Singapore in the Museum of the Civilisations of Asia (ACM) in Singapore. Populated with peoples coming from many parts of Asia (China, South Asia, and West Asia), Singapore required a museum that presented its origins.
The Museum of the Civilisations of Asia in the Empress Place Building exhibits collections over a surface area of 14,000 square metres, with many of the art works presented inherited from the old Raffles Museum.
